Parent’s have many opportunities to be part of their child’s education here at Chavez by coming to things like:

• Back-to-School Night
• Culture Fest
• Parent –Teacher conferences
• SST’s, / IEP’s
• School Site Council (SSC)
• English Language Advisory Committee (ELAC)
• Parent Coffee Hour

Just to name a few…

There are also opportunites at the district level, such as the various Parent Commitee’s (AAB PAC, Latino PAC, General PAC and Migrant PAC) DELAC and LCAP Process.

We look forward to seeing all of our Chavez families at our upcoming Back 2 School Bash 9/4.
